Please note we cannot ship to P.O Boxes. Shipping/Handling charges include delivery charges as well as the secure packaging of each item. Rates are dependent upon package weight, so additional charges may be assessed after checkout. We will contact you regarding any additional shipping charges for your approval prior to sending your package. Items can be returned for store credit only. Please note that sale items and custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
All returns require a Return Authorization number. To obtain your number, please email currie@touchofsass.net.
The item MUST be returned to Touch of Sass within 14 days of the shipping date on the postage label in its original unused condition. Returns that arrive after 14 days will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please also note that Touch of Sass is not responsible for items lost in shipping to us, so please return all items insured.
Repairs are done on jewelry damaged from everyday wear for free of charge within 90 days of shipment date. Repairs after the 90 day period are subject to a small labor and shipping fee. Please email us at currie@touchofsass.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Note that number on your package when you send it back to us and we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you free of charge. Please note that Touch of Sass is not responsible for items lost in shipping to us, so please return all items insured. Please also note that natural stones often carry slight imperfections in surface or color and that these variations are not considered grounds for repair or refund.
It is natural for all metals to oxidize with exposure to air. To ensure that your jewelry stays bright for a longer time, please keep it in an air-tight bag. If your sterling silver or goldfilled items do tarnish, simply use a polishing cloth. Brass items can be cleaned with a brass cleaner applied to a soft cloth. Please do not use solvents, harsh chemicals or sonicators.
Whenever possible, put your jewelry on after you are completely dressed. The alcohol in hair products and perfume damages stones and metals.
